- Your time is important to us. We ask you to also be considerate and arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and refrain from wearing jewelry.
- All major credit cards are accepted. There is a $25 charge for all returned checks.
- Please advise us of any allergies or Retin-A use.
- Our tranquil atmosphere is for your comfort. Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate children under 12 years of age during your visit.
- Gift certificates are not refundable. They may be transferred to another person or exchanged for another service.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- All major credit cards are accepted. Spa Finder and Spa Wish Certificates too!
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability.We cannot reduce the fee for abbreviated service.
- Please turn off your cell phones and beepers.
- Gratuities are not included unless otherwise stated.
- Spa packages and multiple services require a 50% deposit when booking.
- Spa cancellations must be 24 hours before the service time or a 50% charge will be applied. Cancellations within 2 hours will be fully charged.
- All services are by appointment only.
- No smoking is permitted in our facility.
- Corporate accounts are welcome. Call for information.
